Earlier this year I took an impromptu holiday to the Whitsundays and it was amazing! Even if it’s sneaky weekend away, or a night in a BnB - take a break, we weren’t meant to work ourselves to the bone. That’s not what self respect looks like.
Career management is such an interesting concept people can you really manage something as chaotic as finding (running head first) into your next opportunity. Career management wasn’t even something our grandparents thought about! What a time to be alive!
Time for a serious story, about how I left my earphones at work Hahahaha! On a serious note, it just contributed to me having such a good day because I was forced to be in the moment, I wasn’t being entertained I was moving from one thought to the next without interruption. My brain feels better! Try it, leave your earphones at home for the day.
Career management and figuring out who you are supposed to be and where you are supposed to go is exhausting! It’s a life long process of trial and error! I have two activities to help you brainstorm what your next move might be. Link in the description!
